Bus `n Bike
IndyGo's Bicycle
Rack Program
IndyGo's Bus `n
Bike program is a great way to get around Indianapolis!
The majority of IndyGo’s fixed route vehicle
fleet is equipped with bicycle racks. The bicycle racks are easy and
convenient to use.
Our racks are designed to keep your bicycle away from the bus and other
bicycles.... loading and unloading takes less than 20 seconds.
If you are on your way to work, school, or one of the Greenways bicycle
trails, take the bus and you and your bicycle will get there together in
style, not to mention in a way pleasing to Mother Earth.
Before
Loading Your Bicycle:
-
As the bus
approaches have your bike ready to load.
-
Remove any
items that could fall off (bike pump, water bottle, backpack, etc).
-
Always approach
the bus from the curb side.
- Tell the bus driver that you are
loading a bike.
