Board of Directors

A seven-member Board of Directors approves IndyGo policies relating to operations, contracted services, safety, finance and overall corporation structure. The Mayor of Indianapolis and the City-County Council of Indianapolis and Marion County appoints the bipartisan group. The mayor selects three members and the council four.

Appointed by the Council in October 2012

Gregory Hahn is a partner at Bose McKinney & Evans LLP, who concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate law and business litigation, as well as insurance law, real estate law, and gaming.

Board meetings are held in the IndyGo Boardroom at 1501 W. Washington Street, accessible via Route 8 as well as Open Door for certified riders. All sessions are open to the public and begin promptly at 5 p.m.

Finance and Service Committee Meetings

Leading up to each board meeting, IndyGo hosts finance and service committee meetings at its Administrative offices, located at 1501 W. Washington that are open to the public. The meetings times are determined on a monthly basis, so check back each month to find out the date and time of the meetings.

Service Committee: Tuesday, Jan. 20 at 9 a.m.

Finance Committee: Tuesday, Jan. 20 at 4 p.m.

Mobility Advisory Committee (MAC) Meetings

Established by IndyGo's Board of Directors, the MAC is comprised of volunteers who meet quarterly in an advisory capacity to IndyGo. The committee, operating under a set of sanctioned bylaws, advises IndyGo on the provision of public transportation services for individuals with disabilities and provides education to the general public about these transportation needs.
