Late Night Flex Taxi Voucher Program

Effective January 1, 2009

As of the end of December 2008, IndyGo will no longer be offering its Dial A Ride or Late Night Flex services.   Dial A Ride registrants should look at IndyGo’s Fixed Routes for transportation alternatives.  For Late Night options, IndyGo is offering an alternative to Indianapolis area employers for their employees in need of transportation between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6 a.m. daily.

How the Late Night Flex Taxi Voucher Program works:

Employers who have employees that need transportation in the evening (11:00p – 6:00 a.m.) may purchase taxi vouchers through the Customer Service Center for $5 per voucher.  Those employers will be able to give and/or sell those vouchers to their employees for work, interviews, training and/or for child care transportation.  Then, the employees must schedule their own rides with a participating taxi company.  The voucher may be applied towards $10 of a taxi trip.  If the trip costs more, it’s the responsibility of the employee to pay the balance.  If the trip costs less than $10, no refund will be paid to the passenger.

Once your registration is received, you will receive an email confirmation from our Flexible Services Department stating your eligibility to order vouchers.

All orders must be mailed to the Customer Service Center with a Company Check or Company Credit Card payment enclosed.
