Board meetings are held in the IndyGo Boardroom at 1501 W. Washington Street, accessible via Route 8 as well as Open Door for certified riders. All sessions are open to the public and begin promptly at 5 p.m.

Finance and Service Committee Meetings

Leading up to each board meeting, IndyGo hosts finance and service committee meetings at its Administrative offices, located at 1501 W. Washington that are open to the public. The meetings times are determined on a monthly basis, so check back each month to find out the date and time of the meetings. As IndyGo enters the yearly budget process in the summer, details about the proposed budget and updates on the approval process can be found on the financial reports page.

Service Committee: Tuesday, May 21 at 9 a.m. in the IndyGo Boardroom.

Finance Committee: Tuesday, May 21 at 11:30 a.m. in the office of the President/CEO at IndyGo's Administrative Offices. 

2012 Mobility Advisory Committee Meeting Schedule

The Mobility Advisory Committee provides a forum in which consumers, employers, organizations and elected representatives can raise concerns, ideas and propose solutions for improving transportation service and mobility options to individuals with disabilities. This group represents the needs of individuals with disabilities throughout the IndyGo service area and advocates for the transportation needs of those individuals. The MAC advises IndyGo on the provision of public transportation services for individuals with disabilities and provides education to the general public about those transportation needs.

The MAC meets quarterly in the IndyGo Boardroom at 1501 W. Washington Street, accessible via the local service Route 8 as well as Open Door for certified riders. All sessions are open to the public and begin promptly at 5 p.m.
