Follow us on Twitter to get notifications on late buses. Our Twitter feed is updated with service alerts an average of more than 15 times a day! We also tweet about detoured routes, news links, and chances to win great prizes.

Since we use hashtags in our tweets, you can even search for updates on a specific route. For example, to search for updates on Route 10, use the Twitter search and enter #indygo10. You can use this same format to find any IndyGo route.

Twitter is equipped to work with text messages via your mobile phone so you can tweet and receive alerts on the go! After you have created your account, visit the Twitter Mobile setup page. Standard text messaging rates will apply through your mobile phone service provider.

Comments on Social Media

IndyGo welcomes comments on all aspects of service. While we encourage your feedback on IndyGo service and social media posts, please be respectful and refrain from posting vulgar language on public forums like Facebook. IndyGo reserves the right to delete posts on public forums containing vulgar language.

If you would like to report an incident, we prefer that you use the Customer Service Center so we can document details to ensure the issue is addressed properly. You can fill out our online comment form, or call the Customer Service Center at 317.635.3344.
