|Plan by hand
For riders familiar with the city and the IndyGo system, often planning by hand can get you the best results. No computer algorithm can know all your travel preferences, your unique abilities, or how fast you walk. View our system map and individual route maps to plan your own trip.
Our customer service reps are available to help plan a trip, provide schedule info and give details on detours and reroutes due to street closures and construction. Call 614.3344 to find a live person Monday - Friday 7 am - 7 pm, or Saturdays from 9 am - noon.
Personalized trip plans contain estimations based on timepoints in the IndyGo schedule data. Other variables like traffic, construction, road conditions, weather, and ridership will affect real-time arrivals. While the buses are equipped with GPS, this data is currently only available for IndyGo dispatchers and operations management. IndyGo has not yet developed applications for the public to view real-time vehicle locations and arrivals, but in the future, you can look forward to IndyGo offering GPS data to the public through different avenues.
