Personalized trip plans contain estimations based on timepoints in the IndyGo schedule data. Other variables like traffic, construction, road conditions, weather, and ridership will affect real-time arrivals. While the buses are equipped with GPS, this data is currently only available for IndyGo dispatchers and operations management. IndyGo has not yet developed applications for the public to view real-time vehicle locations and arrivals, but in the future, you can look forward to IndyGo offering GPS data to the public through different avenues.
