Google Maps allows you to plan a trip on IndyGo on your smartphone or desktop. Just enter your origin and destination then choose the transit icon as your mode of travel. You’ll get easy step-by-step directions for taking IndyGo. GTFS data is available for software developers on our Developer page.
Our customer service representatives are available to help plan a trip, provide schedule info and give details on detours and reroutes due to street closures and construction. Call 635.3344 Monday - Friday 7 am - 7 pm, or Saturdays from 9 am - 3 p.m.
Riders familiar with the city and the IndyGo system, can plan a trip by hand by viewing our system map and individual route maps.
Variables like traffic, construction, road conditions, weather and ridership will affect real-time arrivals. To get real-time arrival information call IndyGo's Customer Service Call Center or check Twitter to see if your route is behind schedule.
