Becoming a Vendor with IndyGo

The Purchasing Department maintains a bidder's list of contractors and consultants according to the commodities and services they supply.  You may become a vendor of record by submitting a completed application to IndyGo.  To be placed on the bidder's list, please complete the online application below.

If you need assistance, have questions regarding completion of the application or need a hard copy of the application, please contact the Procurement Department directly at 317-614-9252 or 317-614-9281.

Notice Regarding Bidders Lists: Due to the number of firms listed on some bidders lists, it is often not feasible to solicit all vendors on a list for every procurement.  Therefore, being on a bidders list is no guarantee that a vendor will be solicited.  We recommend that you also refer to sources such as this web site, the Indianapolis Star, the Indianapolis Business Journal or the Indianapolis Recorder for more complete information on our solicitations.
