The IndyGo Customer Service Center kiosk is located in the Indianapolis City Market.  In addition to purchasing fare passes and photo ID’s, our customer service representatives can help plan your trip from beginning to end.

 Lost and Found:

The Customer Service Center is where all lost and found items are handled.  To inquire about your lost item, please visit or call the Customer Service Center Monday – Friday, from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

 Photo ID Cards:

In order to use Half Fare passes, passengers need a valid IndyGo ID card (with the exception of Medicare card holders).  The cost is $2 and an application must be completed and turned into the Customer Service Center.

 Language Line:

IndyGo has access to a language line service providing interpretation for more than 150 languages.
