The IndyGo Customer Service Center kiosk is located in the Indianapolis City Market.  In addition to purchasing fare passes and photo ID’s, our customer service representatives can help plan your trip from beginning to end.

If you have never used IndyGo or need help with a special trip, use the following form when you visit or call the Customer Service Center.

 Group Services:

If you work for or belong to an organization interested in trip planning training or need ID cards made, please e-mail Ed Hernandez to schedule a site visit at ehernandez@indygo.net (this is for groups of 15 or more people).

If you or your company would like a regular supply of System and/or Route Maps, please print out the following order form and mail or fax to the Customer Service Center.

 Lost and Found:

The Customer Service Center is where all lost and found items are handled.  To inquire about your lost item, please visit or call the Customer Service Center Monday – Friday, from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

 Photo ID Cards:

In order to use Half Fare passes, passengers need a valid IndyGo ID card (with the exception of Medicare card holders).  The cost is $2 and an application must be completed and turned into the Customer Service Center.

 Language Line:

IndyGo has access to a language line service providing interpretation for more than 150 languages.
