Purchasing Information

On the Bus: Exact fare is required. Operators do not carry change. Proper ID required for reduced fare passes.

Online Purchases: Bus passes can be purchased directly from our online store. Please allow 10 business days for shipment.

Over the Phone: Bus passes can be purchased over the phone using a credit card by calling Customer Service at 317.635.3344. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards are accepted. Please allow 10 business days for shipment.

IndyGo Retail Center: You can purchase bus passes in person by visiting us at 34. N. Delaware. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards are accepted.

Community Outlets: Our bus passes can also be purchased at select third-party locations.

You can purchase IndyGo Day Passes, 7-Day Passes and 31-Day Passes at these four PL$ Check Cashers locations.

  • 444 East Sumner Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46227; located along the Route 31 on the corner of Sumner and East Street; Phone 786-0803.
  • 2335 East 38th Street, Indianapolis IN, 46218; Located along Routes 4 and 39 on the corner of 38th and Keystone; Phone: 931.8000.
  • 5516 West 38th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46254; Located along Routes 25 and 38 on the corner of 38th and Moller; Phone: 293.5673.

All  locations are open 24 hours a day; however, IndyGo fare passes are only available for purchase between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m.

Important Notes About Bus Passes

When purchasing IndyGo 7- and 31-Day passes it is important to note that once the passes are activated on an IndyGo bus, they are good for 7 and 31 consecutive days respectively.

IndyGo bus passes do not come with expiration dates and won't start to expire until they are activated on an IndyGo Bus. 

10-Trip passes do not have to be used within a specified time frame.
