Demographic information. We collect information like your gender and date of birth if you fill out a survey or apply for an age-based discount. We collect other information necessary to substantiate an application for a reduced fare product.

Trip and location data. We collect information about the locations of customers when they swipe their passes as they get on and off an IndyGo vehicle. We also collect current location data as well as manually-entered origin and destination data for use in the site’s Trip Planner.
