INDIANAPOLIS – On Wednesday, July 4, IndyGo will run added bus service from downtown after the IPL Downtown Freedom Blast fireworks.
At 11:00 p.m., 21 additional buses will depart from the Julia. M. Carson Transit Center at 201 E. Washington Street.
Please note: buses will only be dropping off passengers along these added trips.
Additional Trips Departing from the Transit Center at 11:00 p.m.:
*Route 37 will be stationed in front of the Indianapolis City-County Building on Washington St. facing westbound.

Keep in mind, IndyGo’s Quick Trip Planner and transit directions on Google Maps will not reflect the special schedule or detours due to street closures and special events. In the event the Freedom Fest is rained out, IndyGo will still operate the additional 11:00 p.m. trips.
Several special events on Wednesday, July 4 will greatly impact service causing detours and delays. Passengers should plan ahead and allow plenty of time for travel to their destinations on Independence Day.
