INDIANAPOLIS – Red Line construction has started on Virginia Avenue to begin preparations for station foundation work.
On or after Monday, November 26, drivers should expect lane shifts as full station work is underway.
No lane restrictions or closures are anticipated on Virginia Avenue, and this phase is estimated to last through December, weather permitting.
