Summary

IPTC is seeking Request for Proposal of The Office Renovations is to renovate the following areas at 1501 W Washington: current Operator’s Lounge, Operations Administration area, current Capital Projects Offices, current Procurement Offices, Administration area, which accommodates Legal, Finance, Public Affairs, HR and IT, the front lobby Security Desk, and the front lobby unisex restroom.  Additional renovations will occur in other areas at the beginning of 2019, design layout will be completed by end 2018.

The Office Renovations project will be broken into (4) phases of work.  Phase 1 will be the Operations Administration area. Phase 2 will be the Operator’s Lounge and the current Procurement & Capital Projects offices simultaneously.  Phase 3 will be the Administration area half that includes current HR, IT and the HR Training room.  Phase 4 will be the other half of the Administration area that includes President’s office, Legal, Finance and Public Affairs, Security Front Desk and the Lobby unisex restroom. These areas of renovations would also include conference/meeting rooms and break room.  Furniture installation would be according to each construction phase of work.  The additional areas of Renovation for 2019 will be identified before the end of 2018.
