Summary

The Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation (IPTC) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to retain environmental consulting services from a qualified consultant to continue and enhance the current Environmental Management System (EMS). The objective of the solicitation is to enable IPTC to procure Environmental Management System consulting services for their West Washington Street, Julia Carson Transit Center (CTC), and any other site that may come in the future.
