Summary

IPTC seeks the ability to utilize an “on-call” planning contract to procure professional planning services on a task-order basis from qualified firms or practitioners. IPTC reserves the right to issue multiple awards to ensure that the full range of services can be provided under this master contract. Task orders will be issued under this master contract for consultant-provided professional planning services to support IPTC in carrying our specific work activities identified in its work program.
