Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation (IPTC) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to select a new Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) system to replace our current cloud-based solution. IPTC is looking to replace the current system with a cloud-hosted Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) based VoIP solution. The solution shall integrate with Office 365, include detailed reporting and call management functionality, and tiered administrative capabilities. The solution will need to fully operate with our existing desk/conference phones (Polycom VVX310 and Konftel 300Wx).
