IPTC is seeking support in creating a subrecipient oversight process, specifically related to ensuring oversight of subrecipients utilizing FTA Section 5307 funding. The project will include creating an oversight program (including necessary documents), contractor oversight policies and documents, and any support that IPTC staff will require in navigating any subrecipient questions.
