RIDES FOR ESSENTIAL WORKERS

While a challenging time to address transportation needs, IndyGo remains committed to continuing to provide transit service throughout the COVID-19 pandemic in a way that prioritizes both driver and passenger health. IndyGo is pleased to announce a partnership with Uber to offer essential employees a significantly reduced rate for one round trip per day, to and from their workplace, that began on April 23 through the end of May.

The cost to participate in this program is a flat fee of $60, paid in advance, for the month. To register and book your ride please call customer service at 317-635-3344. This program has limited availability and registrations into the program will be first come first serve.

Essential workers that still need to report to their place of employment during the COVID-19 pandemic are eligible. 

Eligible riders may take one round trip per day (to and from their workplace) for the duration of the program. 

Eligible riders may travel back and forth between one home destination and one work destination.  

The first day to book a ride is April 23, 2020, and the last day will be May 31, 2020. 

Call IndyGo’s Customer Service during business hours (M-F, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.) at 317-635-3344 to book your ride.  

The cost to participate in this program is a flat fee of $60, paid in advance, for the month. 

If you require an essential trip before or after customer service business hours you will need to book that trip in advance during customer service business hours.
