Kellie has made a strong impact at IndyGo through her thoughtful leadership and steady focus on supporting our people and culture. In addition to her IndyGo experience, Kellie brings 20+ years of human resources (HR) expertise shaped by work across large and complex organizations. She has managed teams of HR professionals across several states and abroad, providing direct supervision and support in hiring, training, performance management, employee relations and compliance. Kellie plays an important role in helping us continue to build a strong, people-centered workplace. Kellie has a bachelor’s degree in political science and in her spare time, she enjoys watching baseball, traveling and spending time with those dear to her.
