Over the past year and a half, Kellie has already made a strong impact at IndyGo through her thoughtful leadership and steady focus on supporting our people and culture. In addition to her IndyGo experience, Kellie brings 20+ years of human resources expertise shaped by work across large and complex organizations. Before joining IndyGo, Kellie worked for Donaldson Company, a global manufacturing leader, where she managed a team of HR professionals across several states and abroad, providing direct supervision and support in hiring, training, performance management, employee relations and compliance. Kellie will play an important role in helping us continue to build a strong, people-centered workplace.
