IndyGo Announces 2025 Veterans Day Holiday Customer Care Schedule 

INDIANAPOLIS — In recognition of Veterans Day, Tuesday, Nov. 11, IndyGo reminds riders of its adjusted customer service hours. The Customer Care Center, IndyGo’s call center, will be open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Care Center Desk at the Julia M. Carson Transit Center will be open from 9 a.m. to noon.  

All IndyGo routes, including IndyGo Access paratransit services, will follow regular schedules.  

As a reminder, veterans can ride free on IndyGo’s fixed route service 365 days a year with an IndyGo Veterans Pass. To register for a Veterans Pass, individuals must bring the following to the Care Center Desk: 

  • A valid photo ID 
  • Proof of veteran status. IndyGo will accept the following: 
    • Copy of DD 214 Certificate of Release/Discharge from Active Duty. 
    • Valid U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs ID. 
    • Veteran stamp on the back of a state driver’s license or state ID.
