PROJECT LOCATION:
The Blue Line construction project is approximately 15 miles along US Hwy 40/Washington Street between Holt Road and Woodlark Drive in Cumberland.

PROJECT SCOPE:
The construction project will include the construction of 28 new bus stations that consist of center platforms along with one-way curbside stations along Washington and Maryland at Capitol and West Street. Stations will be spaced at approximately ½ mile, with raised platforms for level boarding, ADA accessibility and canopy roofs. The project will also include infrastructure improvements including roadway pavement, pavement repairs, resurfacing, drainage improvements, new and upgraded traffic signals, new and replaced sidewalks, pavement markings and multi-use paths.
