Add Money to MyKey+

Riders have multiple ways to add funds to their MyKey+ accounts starting July 1: MyKey+ app, MyKey+ web portal, Care Center Desk at the Julia M. Carson Transit Center (CTC), Customer Care Center or the retail network.

MyKey+ App

  1. Next to your account balance in the MyKey+ app, click “Add funds.” You will receive a notification reminding you when your balance is running low. Click “Add funds now” to add money to your account.
  2. Choose your card on file and choose any amount between $2.00 and $200.00 to add to your MyKey+ account. You can manage new payment methods in your MyKey+ app wallet. To Add New Payment Method to MyKey+ account:
    1. Click “Add new payment method.”
    2. Enter your credit card information.
  3. Accept Terms and Conditions and checkout to confirm your purchase. You’ll get a “Funds added” confirmation on your app with your new balance. You will get an email receipt from Masabi and EZfare.

MyKey+ Retail Network

Riders can reload their MyKey+ cards at a local third-party retailer using cash or their credit/debit card. Simply hand your MyKey+ card to the retailer to scan the bar code on the back and tell them how much money you want to add to your account.

You may also open your MyKey+ app, tap Cash, provide the barcode in the app to the store clerk and tell them how much money to add to your account. Find participating retailers here.

Care Center Desk at the Julia M. Carson Transit Center

Riders can visit the Care Center Desk at the Julia M. Carson Transit Center to add money to their accounts using cash or their credit/debit cards, or call the Customer Care Center at 317-635-3344 to add money using their credit/debit cards.
