

Stephanie Quick
Stephanie Quick serves as the President of Intend Indiana where she ensures the organization’s mission of advancing comprehensive community development through innovative financing and development solutions is accomplished. Driven by her passion for equitable opportunities for affordable housing, small business growth and wealth building, Stephanie provides leadership and direction that will enable Intend to achieve its long- and short-term goals and objectives. Stephanie joined Intend in 2019 as its Director of Real Estate Development to lead the organization in the overall management of affordable housing development, land banking, and homebuyer outreach before being promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2021 where she oversaw all operational and administrative functions. Stephanie has worked in all facets of real estate development for not-for-profit, private, and government agencies with a focus on development, construction, affordable housing, and financing. Before joining Intend Indiana, Stephanie was the Director and Vice President of Insight Development Corporation, where she secured a mix of financing and oversaw construction activities for affordable housing developments for the Indianapolis Housing Agency and Insight. Stephanie previously served as the Assistant Administrator of Community Economic Development for the City of Indianapolis where she led real estate and economic development projects and incentives. Stephanie is a licensed Real Estate Broker and is the Managing Broker for Intend’s Real Estate Brokerage Company and is a National Diversity Council Certified Diversity Professional (NDCCDP). She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Central Indiana Realist Association (CIRA), and serves on the board of the National Association of Minority Mortgage Bankers of America (NAAMBA), Edna Martin Christian Center CBDO LLC, Fair Housing Center of Central Indiana, and HOPE CDC. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs from Indiana University.
