Upcoming short-terms closures to complete work on College Ave
INDIANAPOLIS – Crews are getting ready complete work on College Ave for IndyGo’s Red Line, which will include station work on station platforms and ongoing pavement patching work. All work zone areas marked no parking should be cleared to allow crews to move forward with paving.
Continued work:
66th Street to 38th Street on College Ave
Resurfacing continues along 66th Street and 38th Street This section is scheduled to be completed in 3-4 weeks.
As a reminder, no parking signs will be enforceable to allow contractors to finish the required work.
Upcoming short-term closures:
The following short-term closures are necessary to allow Red Line crews to pour the final surface of the station platforms.
66th Street and College Ave
Beginning on or after Wednesday, June 26, crews will restrict the northbound lane beginning at 7:30 AM until approximately 4:00 PM adjacent to the station.
College Ave and Broad Ripple Ave
On or after Wednesday, June 26, officers will be stationed at College Ave, Broad Ripple Ave and at 61st Street on College Ave and not allow passage between those intersections from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
52nd Street and College Ave
Officers will divert cars off College Ave between 52nd Street and 51st Street on College Ave from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM on or after Friday, June 28.
