For the first time in 16 years, IndyGo is raising fares due to the rising costs of fuel, maintenance and labor. The fare policy update includes adjustments to base fares and changes to paper pass options. This policy aims to modernize fare collection, improve efficiency and support an equitable, customer-centered transit experience.
To ensure riders are informed, we’re inviting our community partners to help spread the word. This toolkit includes downloadable flyers, an FAQ and ready-to-use social media content to help you engage your audiences.
How To Use This Toolkit:
- Share materials with your networks, clients and stakeholders.
- Use the flyers to promote the new fares and public meetings.
- Post to your social media using the provided graphics and captions.
- Encourage community members to attend events.
