In accordance with 49CFR Part 26, Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation, also known as IndyGo, has established their Disadvantaged Business Enterprise rate/goal for the federal fiscal years of 2014 through 2016. IndyGo's rate/goal will be 15%.
The proposed overall rate/goal and its rationale are available for inspection during the normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through
Friday, at IndyGo's administrative offices, 1501 West Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN, or on the IndyGo web site, IndyGo.net, for 45 days
following the date of this notice.
The Federal Transit Administration and IndyGo will accept written comments regarding their rate/goal for 45 days from the date of this notice. Phone calls regarding the goal will not be accepted. All comments must be in writing. Inquiries or comments may be directed to the following:

The Indianapolis Public Transportation Corporation (IPTC) established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 26.
Details of the program:
Implementation of the DBE Program is accorded the same priority as compliance with all other legal obligations incurred by the IPTC in its financial assistance agreements with the Department of Transportation.
