IndyGo is interested in learning more about what our riders think about the service. We recently piloted a new Customer Perception Survey to capture your feedback. The goal of the survey was to understand where IndyGo is doing well and where we can improve. We hope the survey results will help us in reviewing our existing programs and policies to understand where we can improve to exceed customer expectations.
We piloted the instrument and process so that when we launch, we can feel comfortable that subsequent surveys will allow us to track changes over time. The survey was distributed online, as well as in person and at a kiosk at our Julia M. Carson Transit Center (CTC).
Those who completed the survey and provided us with their contact information at the end, will be sent a limited use media (LUM) with $4 of transit value. The transit value from the LUM can be transferred to a MyKey account or can be reloaded at a ticket vending machine (located at Red Line stations or the CTC) to validate trips on IndyGo vehicles or at rapid transit stations.
