Survey Goals
INDIANAPOLIS — IndyGo wants to learn what riders think about its service! To gather this feedback, the agency is launching its Fall Customer Perception Survey Saturday, Sept. 26. The goal is to understand what IndyGo is doing well and how it can improve. The results will help agency leaders review existing programs and policies to understand how it can exceed customer expectations.
The survey will be made available online as well as in person at the Julia M. Carson Transit Center (CTC). Those who prefer to take the survey in person can find a surveyor dressed in an orange vest outside the front doors or inside the lobby, until Friday, Oct. 2.
Participation in the survey is voluntary. All responses will remain anonymous unless the participant chooses to provide a name, phone number, address or email address. Personal information collected will not be shared with third parties.
Those who complete the survey and provide their contact information at the end will receive one 1-Day paper pass with $6 of transit value (limit one card per participant). Passes will be mailed to participants who fill out the survey online. This pass offers unlimited rides for 24 hours. The 24-hour period begins at the moment of first use. For example, if the first ride is taken at 2 p.m., the pass is valid until 2 p.m. the next day.
