INDIANAPOLIS – IndyGo is seeking those who have a passion for helping small, minority-owned businesses and community partners grow and succeed to apply for two open positions in the agency, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Liaison Officer and Supplier Diversity Specialist. These positions bolster the business’ development and ensure diversity, equity and inclusion are part of every process when recruiting and hiring IndyGo’s internal and external vendors. 

These positions oversee IndyGo’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and XBE programs. Responsibilities of the Liaison Officer and Diversity Specialist include contract and regulatory compliance, communicating with vendors through one-on-one meetings, networking and outreach events, leading development programs, compiling project data and much more.
