This is to notify vendors of IndyGo’s Request for Qualifications (RFQ 22-09-464 IndyGo Local Route Transit Signal Priority (TSP) Services
IPTC is seeking a qualified engineering firm to provide engineering and planning services in support of Transit Signal Priority (TSP) implementation. IPTC requests Statements of Qualification for Local Route TSP Services in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in RFQ 22-09-464. Through this solicitation, IPTC will identify the most qualified vendor(s) as outlined in the Scope of Services. Awards will be recommended based on a firm’s qualifications.
To advance IPTC’s capital plan, IPTC is seeking to engage a Consultant with expertise in transit planning, TSP implementation planning, and signal design and analysis, and other administrative responsibilities as indicated in Section III “General Requirements and Scope of Services.”
The chosen Consultant will work closely and cooperatively with other agencies and IPTC’s other consultant teams and internal departments, which could include capital planning, grant administration, budgeting, finance, operations, and executives who will have responsibility for other aspects of project delivery and implementation. Effective coordination and communication are critical with the City of Indianapolis, City of Indianapolis Department of Public Works, Indiana Department of Transportation, and all other stakeholders/agency partners involving matters related to local route TSP implementation.
