Contact Emily- Emily.meaux@IndyGoFoundation.org __________________________________ Emily joined the IndyGo Foundation in 2020 bringing 20 years' experience in corporate fundraising and nonprofit management. Meaux has a passion for social justice and thrives at the intersection between nonprofits, business, and community life. In her role as Executive Director, she is responsible for the strategic direction of the organization, continually seeking partnerships to strengthen access to public transportation. Her prior experience includes fundraising roles at Conner Prairie, 100 Black Men of Indianapolis, and other central Indiana non-profits. Meaux earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a master’s of public affairs, specializing in non-profit management, from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.

Prior to this role she worked at ServLife International for the previous 11 years. She is excited to be working for a foundation that is connecting organizations with a backbone need of every individual, reliable transportation. She grew up in McCordsville and now lives in Beech Grove with her husband and three daughters. Rachel is passionate about growing her understanding, appreciation, and love for the world and the people in it and does so by being an avid reader, food enthusiast and world traveler.

Yvonne Kilama

Contact Yvonne- Yvonne.Kilama@IndyGoFoundation.org __________________________________ Yvonne Nabwire Kilama has more than 10 years of expertise in program development, community engagement and health initiatives in the nonprofit sector, with a focus on community health, organizational development and system strengthening for development. She made significant contributions to HIV/AIDS prevention/response and social protection in her previous role as deputy chief of party at USAID's OVC West Central Activity at ACORD Uganda, which demonstrated her leadership in developing relationships and strategic planning. She joined the IndyGo Foundation because she is passionate about community development and wants to use her knowledge and experience to improve public transit and urban development with the current team.
