Emily Meaux

Executive Director

Emily joined the IndyGo Foundation in 2020 bringing 20 years experience in corporate fundraising and nonprofit management. Meaux has a passion for social justice and thrives at the intersection between nonprofits, business, and community life. In her role as Executive Director, she is responsible for the strategic direction of the organization, continually seeking partnerships to strengthen access to public transportation. Her prior experience includes fundraising roles at Conner Prairie, 100 Black Men of Indianapolis, and other central Indiana non-profits. Meaux earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a master’s of public affairs, specializing in non-profit management, from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. In her free time she enjoys walking the Monon, trying new restaurants, and visiting local museums with her daughter.

Rachel Moss

Director of Programs and Operations

Rachel comes to the IndyGo Foundation in 2021 with 14 years of experience in the nonprofit industry. Prior to this role she worked at ServLife International for the previous 11 years. She is excited to be working for a foundation that is connecting organizations with a backbone need of every individual, reliable transportation. She grew up in McCordsville and now lives in Beech Grove with her husband and two daughters. Rachel is passionate about growing her understanding, appreciation, and love for the world and the people in it and does so by being an avid reader, food enthusiast and world traveler.

Melanie Frazier, CFRE

Director of Development

Melanie brings over 15 years of experience in nonprofit management. Her prior experience includes a fundraising role at the Center for Leadership Development, where she managed the annual operations and a $33 Million Comprehensive Campaign. Melanie is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE). In 2022, she was awarded the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Indiana Philanthropy Award for Fundraising Professional of the Year. Melanie earned a bachelor's degree in Organizational Management, a master's degree in Training and Development from Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois, and a degree in Theology from the Way College of Biblical Research, Indiana. In 2018, she completed a certificate in Nonprofit Executive Leadership from IUPUI Fundraising School. In addition, Melanie volunteers on the board of AFP Indiana as the Vice President of Programs.
