INDIANAPOLIS (March 25, 2021) — IndyGo today announced the addition of two new members to its Board of Directors.

Pat Rios joined the IndyGo Board as a mayoral appointment, effective February 25, 2021.

At Thursday’s Board meeting, Lacy Johnson was sworn in to the IndyGo Board following his appointment by the Indianapolis City-County Council.

Pat Rios is an attorney and owner of Rios Law Office, specializing in immigration law. Rios previously served as the deputy chief of staff to Governor Frank O’Bannon and as the legislative liaison for the Indiana State Department of Health.

Lacy Johnson is a partner at Taft Law, with expertise in public affairs strategies and government relations. Johnson has a long history of public service, serving as a Lt. Colonel in the Indiana State Police and a Lt. Commander of the U.S. Naval Intelligence Reserves. Johnson is deeply involved in the Indianapolis community through organizations such as the Madam Walker Legacy Center and the Fort Benjamin Harrison Reuse Authority.

“I am pleased to bring these two new additions on to our team,” said Greg Hahn, Chair of IndyGo’s Board of Directors. “Lacy and Pat are both very good friends who bring extensive community and civil service experience to the Board, and their insight and guidance will help to drive IndyGo forward in the years to come.”
