INDIANAPOLIS – On or after Monday, November 12, traffic lane restrictions will be necessary on the west side of Capitol Avenue from 18th to Washington Street through December 31, 2018.
Construction crews are relocating utilities, improving drainage, pavement, sidewalks, curbs, pedestrian crossings, and ADA ramps. Drivers should heed construction signs to divert to shifted travel lanes.
Parking will be restricted on both sides of Capitol during west side construction work, and the bike lane will be closed. All driveways, entrances, and parking lots will be accessible on both the east and west sides of Capitol.
Information about impacts to traffic, pedestrians, and bus riders can be found at www.IndyGoRed.com and by calling 317-635-3344.
