Indianapolis: Construction continues on College Avenue with new traffic pattern changes around the Broad Ripple station. On or after Monday, April 1, drivers will have turn lane restrictions until construction of the station is complete.

Red Line crews will be working on the Broad Ripple station requiring drivers to follow new traffic patterns to facilitate center station work. Traffic will be shifted to the outside curb lanes – see graphic below.

Additional Red Line work along the College Avenue corridor will be required to facilitate station work.

  • Construction for Bungalow Court will begin on or after April 1. Temporary closures for one half block east of College Ave for up to one week.
  • On or after April 8, construction will start on the Kessler Station beginning. Traffic will be shifted to the outside curb lanes to allow crews to work in the center of College Avenue.

Drivers should heed all signs and flaggers to safeguard workers, drivers, and pedestrians along the construction route.
