Help Recognize Local Transit Professionals for Providing Exceptional Service
INDIANAPOLIS — IndyGo is celebrating Transit Teammate Appreciation Day Tuesday, March 18, to thank transit professionals for providing exceptional service to riders throughout Marion County 365 days a year. Whether they’re driving the buses, repairing vehicles, answering rider questions, supporting coach operators, performing community outreach, making financial decisions or sitting behind service desk windows — everywhere and in every way, when riders need help — IndyGo employees are there.
“This is one of my favorite days of the year,” said IndyGo President and CEO Jennifer Pyrz. “It is an opportunity to join forces with our community to thank IndyGo teammates for their service and highlight the life-changing opportunities they make possible for residents every day. I am proud of who we are and what we do, and I hope the celebrations and appreciation messages they receive display the depth of our gratitude.”
