INDIANAPOLIS — Music in Transit, an award-winning concert web series presented by IndyGo, Total Fun Productions and GANGGANG, will debut its seventh season Sunday, July 13. This year’s season will showcase Indianapolis-based multi-genre musical groups performing on IndyGo’s 50th Anniversary bus, celebrating five decades of service and community connection.
The new season can be viewed on Music in Transit’s YouTube channel and will kick off with performer Clayton Anderson. After the debut, new episodes will be released every Sunday at noon.

Season Seven commemorates 50 years of IndyGo connecting Indianapolis residents and visitors to life’s opportunities and adventures since its journey started as Metro in 1975. Learn more about the agency’s history on its website here.
Music in Transit was created in 2019 alongside the Arts Council of Indianapolis and Square Cat Vinyl, a coffee and record shop located along the Red Line in Fountain Square. Since its inaugural season, the series has received eight Emmy nominations. Most recently, the series won an Emmy for technical achievement in 2023 and two wins for outstanding audio in 2019 and 2022. The series also received Indy Chamber’s 2020 Monumental Award for public art.
